Email sequences are the set of touch points that you have with your potential candidates in a specified time period.

Use email sequence while sourcing candidates to either engage with active job seekers or nurture passive talents for an open or an ongoing reqs.

You can have 3-4 outreaches in an interval of 3 to 4 business days.

Per my experience, following up with candidates for 3-4 times over just once yields better response rate.

Even if some candidates are not interested in a position, at least they care to reply to one of your messages as a courtesy or for the future connection.
