#013 Uncover the Two Overlooked Features That Can Make You Stand Out To Recruiters on LinkedIn
Do you know that most recruiters and hiring managers look for two important features under a skill section on your LI profile that most of us overlook?
Let me tell you what these two features are. I would suggest to watch the attached Youtube short for better understanding.
First, you should add skill sets that you worked on in each specific job under the experience section.
For this,
Click the Me icon, then View Profile on your LinkedIn profile
Scroll down to the Skills section and hit the Edit icon
Click the edit icon again and check all the boxes against the company names where you have used a specific skill set
Hit save
The second important feature is reordering your skills
Click these 3 dots —click Reorder
Tap and hold the Reorder icon and drag the skill to the desired position
Now you can see your key skills on top under the skills section over your LinkedIn profile.
