In this short article, I would recommend to use different mode of communications to have multiple touch points with your candidates. You never know what mode of communication a candidate prefers.
For instance, reach out to candidates via two emails back to back followed by the LinkedIn Inmail and a text message.
Plus, you should personalize a subject line and the main body content to get the most response rates.
Your followup messages should connect back with your previous touchpoint, add additional details about a role and the value it provides to a candidate, and finally close with a call to action.
I know you must be wondering how you would manage sending out multiples messages as we all are time-pressed. And the answer to this is that there are numerous email sequence softwares out in the market that you may use to automate your messages.
