#011 Post Informal Interview MISTAKE Most Job Seekers Make & How to Avoid it in 2 Easy Ways
Do you know one big mistake that most of us make after we are done with the informational interview? And How can you avoid that?
In the first place, if you are not sure what an informational interview is and what steps are required to conduct it well, check out my previous articles by clicking on the links.
The biggest mistake is when you discontinue communication with the person you had a conversation with. You made all the efforts to network and build a relationship, so I would recommend staying connected to them even after the conversation has concluded.
Here are the two ways to avoid not being in touch. First: by inviting them to an event that you came across or are planning to attend in your niche and second: by sharing articles or posts you have found useful. Plus, let them know why you enjoyed reading those articles.
I hope that helped. See you next time.
